And just as a reminder, it’s $14.5 TRILLION and counting.

In any court of law in America, this is commonly known as “kidnapping”. Typically a major felony offense that usually will get quite a few years in a hardcore penitentiary.
Will that happen in this case?
Do we really need to consult Vegas odds-makers on this one?????
I hope the lawyers at the Orlando Sentinel have a field day with the whole lot of them…all the way up to the Vice Doofus himself!
UPDATE: (0700 28 Mar 2011): It seems that Camp Biden feels sowwy for their boo boo and apparently apologizes here. Will the Orlando Sentinel sue, I certainly hope so. Will Scott Powers sue, he damn well should. Will it happen? See my reference to the Vegas odds-makers above.

Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint, I'm callin' SHENANIGINS , add a commentEspecially if the “you” happens to be an AWOL Wisconsin senator with a “D” after your name. Somebody stood up and said enough is enough, and now the state police will be getting involved. The somebody was the Republican senators as we see here.
Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate passed a resolution Thursday calling for police to take 14 Democrats into custody for contempt after they fled to Illinois to avoid voting on a bill that would strip public-sector unions of nearly all their collective bargaining rights.
Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald signed the orders after Republicans voted 19-0 calling for the action unless Democrats returned to the chamber by 4 p.m. Thursday.
Drum roll please…..
None of the Democrats did, prompting Fitzgerald to sign 14 orders of detainment in dramatic fashion in the center of the Senate chamber. State patrol officers watched silently from the gallery.
No surprises here. As I’ve been saying all week here at the Command Center, stop wasting tax payer dollars Gov. Walker, fire their AWOL arses and appoint replacements!!!
Republicans calculate that the absence of the Democrats has cost more than $250,000 in taxpayer money for the salaries and expenses of running the House during the walkout, which Bosma called “a very expensive temper tantrum.”
And there’s EXACTLY what I’m talking about. That’s just $250k, take a look at THIS!!!
Wisconsin Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch told the court that it would take $500,000 to supervise the removal of the tape, $6 milion to restore the damage to the interior of the building and an additional $1 million to restore damage done from items taped to the exterior.
Gov. Walker, do the right thing….bill each and every friggin union that sent their thugs to cop a squat on the Capitol building. DO NOT make the law-abiding tax payers of your state foot this bill. Obviously if they sent their people there and not to work, then the union coffers CLEARLY can foot this bill.

Walker, Wisconsin governor 28 Feb 2011 @ 17:09
Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint, I'm callin' SHENANIGINS , add a commentAlmost sound like a new TV series title.
But this time it’s Gov. Walker, much like Chuck Norris did, prepping to give a good beatdown to a collection of absentee state senators instead of law-breaking criminals.
“Now they have one day to return to work before the state loses out on the chance to refinance debt, saving taxpayers $165 million this fiscal year,” Walker’s spokesman Cullen Werwie said in a statement.
Give them ONE WHOLE SECOND to be late, then I say it’s time to start the pink slips to flying!
“Failure to return to work and cast their votes will lead to more painful and aggressive spending cuts in the very near future,” the statement said.
Gov. Walker, I say you do that anyway….starting with the fourteen state senators who are currently AWOL. Send the statement that the buck stops here. Tell the puppet masters you do not play by their rules, you follow the Constitution and the rule of law.
There has been speculation that Walker would send out layoff notices to more than 1,000 state workers if no progress was made soon on the budget.
It’s obvious where the first 14 should come from….time to follow through.
It’s also obvious to anyone with a clue and/or an ounce of common sense, that if you or I failed to show up for work two weeks in a row without nary a peep, you’d damn sure have already gotten or about to have been given your walking orders. It’s absolutely asinine to let a publicly elected official get off like these senators have. They should 100% be FIRED!! Same goes for the bunch in Indiana who seem to have done the same thing.
God grant peace to our Founding Fathers, cause you know they’ve been rolling in their graves when they hear of what we have done to their glorious republic.

This has possibility 22 Feb 2011 @ 17:27
Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint , add a commentNot sure if this is going to pass muster or not, but it certainly has Security Services personnel here on base VERY intrigued.
Found this on the Drudge site, dateline San Antonio, Texas via Radio 1200 WOAI comes this possibility:
A measure filed by State Rep. Lois Kolkhorst (R-Brenham) would allow any law enforcement agency that has custody of an illegal immigrant to take the illegal to ‘the office of a U.S. Senator or Representative’ and leave them there.
As the article puts it,
This should get their attention.
and indeed it would. But I’m sure as my left middle finger will attest, bonehead groups like Amnesty International or even the “caring” arms of the ACLU will be throwing their equivalent of a two year-old’s temper tantrum when they get their eyes on this piece of legislation.
1200 WOAI news reports the measure also allows county sheriff’s deputies or city police officers to ‘request an agent or employee of the United States Senator or United States Representative to sign a document acknowledging the release or discharge of the illegal immigrant at the senator’s or representative’s office.
Ahh but of course, here is the requisite red tape requirement….
Several thousand people are expected to descend on the state capitol today to denounce the measures, and to call on the federal government, not the states, to handle matters related to immigration.
Who wants to take bets on which “community organizing agency” is handling this crowd??? Can you say “S-E-I-U” or even “A-C-L-U”?? Yesssss, I knew you could.
What these idiots don’t understand is that the Al-Obambi clown act ain’t gonna do jack squat about securing our borders. Sure there are federal laws regarding immigration and border control, but as we all know well and good, having laws and ENFORCING those laws are two massively separate endeavors. And when it comes to border control, we here at the Command HQ are 150% for having the states to have the responsibility for border enforcement purely because the “federales” they es mui loco gringos. I’ve met and talked to many a Border Patrol agent in my days and these guys are John McLane, die hard-type, Americans (God bless you Ramos and Compeon for holding true to your duty) who are doing an extremely difficult job only made worse by the bureaucrats almost completely hand-cuffing them in the name of political correctness. On the other hand, I’m not saying we need to move into isolationist mode with our borders. But dammit, there is a very clear process for entering this country as well as becoming a citizen. If you desire citizenship enough to do it the just, proper, and LEGAL way — well I, the entire base and the rest of America welcomes you whole-heartedly. If you insist on being illegal about your ways, then you should be stopped, questioned, and summarily returned to the far side of the border with all due promptness. No green card, no stay on American soil. Period.

Just like Russia, Al-Obambi’s “czars” about to get pink slipped 21 Feb 2011 @ 17:29
Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint, I'm callin' SHENANIGINS , add a commentAs long as the Senate doesn’t fark with things that is.
If House Republicans have their way, the Obama administration’s “czars” will no longer be able to dictate pay at bailed-out mega-firms or negotiate new emissions standards for U.S. vehicles. An amendment attached to the 2011 spending package, which passed the House last week, would strip funding for a select list of the so-called czars.
Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., the author of the proposal, hailed the vote as a step toward ending the administration’s “shadow government.”
Scalise goes on to say in this from FoxNews.com
“Hardworking American families should not be forced to pay millions of dollars to fund these czars, who are implementing radical policies under the cloak of darkness,” Scalise said in a written statement.
Darn tootin’ right we shouldn’t have to fund these “beholden to NO ONE” progressive activists or worse. It’s bad enough that WE THE PEOPLE are being taxed to to the point where dimes, nickels, and pennies are about all we have left anymore. But these clowns are are getting paid with OUR tax dollars, and they’re making POLICY decisions with ZERO oversight or public approval. Last time I checked, that was taxation without representation….which if the numbnuts in D.C. would stop for THREE SECONDS they would see that such measures are patently UNconstitutional.
The Scalise amendment was a refined version of a catch-all anti-czar bill he introduced earlier in the session. That bill called for effectively shutting down any Executive Office task force or office led by an official who had not received Senate confirmation. At the time, Scalise estimated that 39 officials would fall under that description.
The latest amendment, which would still have to survive a vote in the Democratic-controlled Senate, narrowed that list down to nine positions. Several of them have been responsible for shepherding high-profile policy changes that Republicans opposed practically in lockstep.
Start writing and calling your Reps and Senators folks, this needs to be changed back to all 39 and have them defunded, then summarily escorted off the premises. Poste Haste.
You have your duty assignments, time to get to work.

“All of you are white. Go to hell!”
Anyone want to guess who said that?
Anyone?
Bueller?
Bueller?
Anyone?
Okay, I”ll give you a hint. Dallas (TX) County Commissioner’s Court.
Give up? Well none other than Commissioner John Wiley Price did so. And not just once, but as you’ll see in the article he repeated the phrase four more times.
In case you missed it, or you chose not to click on the link, it’s a black man calling white audience members in attendance the phrase.
Gosh, JohnBoy…..them ther glasses you got on yer face help with that ther conclusion?
Oh, it gets even better. You gotta go to the link and read the written statement Prince err Price sent in. It’s a classic.
Makes me wonder if he’s related in some way to Sheila Jackassson Lee. Cause their IQ is about the same. Negative infinity.
Darth, not sure how you do it day after day without literally exploding in a total RCOB. I know I personally am keeping the various duct tape manufacturers in business, but with gems like this one all over the Metroplex even duct tape won’t help.

Abolish sanctuary cities and eminent domain land grabs 11 Jan 2011 @ 17:21
Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint , add a commentIs coming from who???
Darth, I know you’re probably going to start your twitching (if you haven’t already)….so be warned.
None other than Texas governor Rick Perry, said so here.
Gov. Rick Perry has just designated two issues as emergencies for the Legislature: Abolishing sanctuary cities in Texas and protecting private property rights in eminent domain cases.
I see someone has been trying to clue in Mr. Governor about that “WE THE PEOPLE” tidbit that’s been going around for oh gee….something like 230+ years now. Darth, I’m sure you’ll agree that this is just a start and that it’s ONLY a start. About as obvious of a start as Korrioth’s bouldered and creviced forehead, wouldn’t you say???
KORRIOTH: You realize I’ve killed for much less than that General?
SG RAYEGUN: Really??? Gosh I never knew you were so tender-hearted and puppy-like Korrioth!!!!
KORRIOTH: … {Sorry folks, we’ve had to edit redact spin depoliticize Korrioth’s response. Once his reply has cleared our editors censors spinmeisters translators we’ll be sure to publicize it RSN mkay?!!}
Anyways…..if you take the time to read some of the comments that have been posted in the Statesman article you’ll get a good laugh at the progressives in and around Austin trying to bash each other. It’s really kind of funny.
Until you realize these people have nary a CLUE.
What is the old cliché? Ah yes, ignorance is bliss.
And that’s just what the progressives have been thinking WE THE PEOPLE are for the past hundred years or so. Ain’t it nice to build that brick wall and watch them ram right into it every time?

Yeah, I’m thinking the video has got her peeved pretty much.
Then again, this probably has got her fairly torqued off. (Note: be sure to check out Rep. Wasserman’s facial expression in the lead photo…gotta love it!)

Not in this man’s military 28 Dec 2010 @ 16:36
Posted by Supreme General Rayegun in : Gubmint, Military , add a commentSaw this on David Barton’s “Wallbuilders” FB page.
Seems that the repeal of DADT in the military is having its intended affect. Reducing the the American military eventually to a collection of pansy-arsed enviroweenies.
But not in THIS mans’ military. While it sucks that a LTCol is choosing to retire rather than force his troops into the mandated homosexual indoctrination sessions, his reasoning is 100% sound IMHO. I knew something like this was coming when the talk of Al-Obambi & Co. hit that they were going to repeal the regulation.
The wussification of this country is now complete, thanks to the “progress”-ives.
Folks, if you haven’t gotten them already it’s really past time to do it. Take your 4th 2nd [Fixed. -Venomous] Amendment RIGHTS straight to the gun shop and SPEND. Be sure to get plenty of ammo too, you’re gonna need it!
